EPA to Agree to Complete ESA Consultation in Renewable Fuel Standard Rule, Center for Biological Diversity to Drop Challenge

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) to address allegations of non-compliance with the Clean Air Act and Endangered Species Act in the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) Program, with the EPA agreeing to complete its ESA consultation for a subsequent RFS rule.
