EPA Approves Texas' Reasonable Further Progress Plan for Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving Texas' revisions to the State Implementation Plan for the Dallas-Fort Worth area to meet the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard, as proposed on October 9, 2020, and supplemented on December 20, 2022.
