Air Plan Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval; Missouri; Revision to Sulfur Dioxide Control Requirements for Lake Road Generating Facility

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing partial approval and partial disapproval of revisions to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for controlling sulfur dioxide emissions at the Lake Road Generating Facility. The proposed changes meet Clean Air Act requirements but include a provision that could allow the facility to exceed fuel oil sulfur content limits temporarily.
