EPA Executes Modified Settlement Agreement for Delta Shipyard Superfund Site in Houma, LA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has executed a modified proposed settlement agreement with Dean Services West, LLC, for $350,000 to cover response costs at the Delta Shipyard Superfund Site in Houma, Louisiana, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The settlement will be paid in three yearly installments.
