Air Plan Approval; Bay Area Air Quality Management District; Nonattainment New Source Review; 2015 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by California to address nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards. This action is being taken pursuant to the Clean Air Act.
