U.S. Parole Commission Amends Rule to Set Aside Convictions for Youth Offenders

The U.S. Parole Commission has updated its rule to allow for the setting aside of convictions for youth offenders, a move aimed at providing more leniency for young individuals serving time under the U.S. and D.C. codes.
