EPA Proposes Consent Decree Over Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree in response to a citizen suit alleging the agency failed to review and revise the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Ethylene oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities, which are due for revision every 8 years.
