EPA Approves Wisconsin's VOC RACT Revisions for Industrial Adhesives and Coatings

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions related to volatile organic compound (VOC) reasonably available control technology (RACT) submitted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on June 28, 2022. The revisions update VOC RACT requirements for Miscellaneous Industrial Adhesives and Miscellaneous Metal and Plastic Parts Coatings.
