EPA Transfers Pesticide Data to Agile Decision Sciences

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is transferring pesticide-related information to Agile Decision Sciences, a company awarded multiple contracts to work for the EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
