Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Proposed Approval of the Muskingum River SO2 Attainment Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Ohio's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to attain the 2010 sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standard for the Muskingum River nonattainment area. The plan includes Ohio's attainment demonstration and other planning elements required under the Clean Air Act.
