EPA Proposes Amendments to NESHAP for Internal Combustion Engines and Electronic Reporting Provisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) and Internal Combustion Engines, adding electronic reporting provisions to simplify reporting and enhance data availability. The proposed changes also include minor corrections to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and solicit information on emergency engine operation limits.
