EPA Approves Partial Revision to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action to partially approve and partially disapprove a revision to the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing reasonably available control technology requirements for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards in the Sacramento Metropolitan area.
