EPA Proposes Reissuance of NPDES General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities in Indian Country

The EPA has proposed to reissue a general permit for federal aquaculture facilities and facilities in Indian country in Washington, with a second public comment period focused on four changes to the permit, following an extension of the initial public comment period.
