EPA Finalizes Actions for Libby Fine Particulate Matter Nonattainment Area in Montana

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing actions related to the Libby fine particulate matter nonattainment area in Montana, including approval of a limited maintenance plan and redesignation to attainment for the 1997 Annual PM 2.5 national ambient air quality standards. This decision is made pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA).
