EPA Proposes Approval of Washington State Air Quality Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve minor updates to the Washington State Implementation Plan (SIP) for air quality regulations submitted by the Department of Ecology (Ecology) in coordination with the Southwest Clean Air Agency (SWCAA).
