EPA Announces Administrative Settlement Agreement for Superfund Site Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a prospective administrative settlement agreement with the U.S., Colorado, and Four Points Funding, LLC to clean up the Central City/Clear Creek Superfund Site in Colorado.
