EPA Approves Florida's State Implementation Plan Revisions to Reduce Excess Emissions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, as well as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emission limits.
