EPA Approves Pennsylvania Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Pennsylvania's State implementation plan and Title V operating permit program, which include increases to fees for plan approval and operating permits, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
