FDA Grants Exemption for Flg22-Bt Peptide Use in Plant Regulation

The US FDA has granted an exemption to Elemental Enzymes Ag & Turf, LLC for the use of Flg22-Bt Peptide as a plant regulator, eliminating the need for a tolerance level for residues. This exemption allows for the use of Flg22-Bt Peptide in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
