Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Volatile Organic Compounds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal from Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) that sets a source-specific limitation for volatile organic compounds at Forest City Technologies' Plant 4 in Wellington, Ohio. The limitation was established through the Ohio SIP and listed as an enforceable condition in the facility's operating permit, issued by OEPA in June 2020.
