EPA Approves California State Implementation Plan for Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of California's state implementation plan to address nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2015 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
