TSA Proposes Regulation for Security Vetting of Transportation Employees

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is proposing a regulation to implement provisions of the 9/11 Act, requiring security vetting of certain public transportation, railroad, and over-the-road-bus employees, including Level 2 and Level 3 security threat assessments and user fees.
