Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Safety Zone for Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana

The US Coast Guard is proposing a permanent safety zone to protect waters in southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana from hurricanes, tropical storms, and other disasters, particularly in the Port Arthur Captain of the Port zone.
