Security Zone, Baltimore Harbor, MD.

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for navigable waters within Baltimore Northwest Harbor, across the West channel, in the vicinity of North Locust Point Marine Terminal. The security zone is needed to protect distinguished guests and attendees during the commission of the USS CARL M. LEVIN (DDG 120). Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Maryland-National Capital Region.
