DEA Sets Final 2010 Quotas for Controlled Substances in Schedules I and II

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued final 2010 aggregate production quotas for controlled substances in schedules I and II of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), taking into account public comments received in response to a proposed notice published on June 23, 2010.
