US Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Fleet Week Maritime Festival

The US Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone in Elliott Bay, Seattle, to promote safety on navigable waters during the Fleet Week Maritime Festival. The zone will be enforced from 30 minutes before the parade of ships to 30 minutes after its conclusion.
