US Department of Justice Publishes Final Rule on Accessibility Standards for Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities

The US Department of Justice has published a final rule revising its regulation to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, setting enforceable accessibility standards for public accommodations and commercial facilities, and updating provisions to reflect the Department's enforcement experiences since 1991.
