DHS to Submit Information Collection Request for Sexual Abuse and Assault Prevention

The Department of Homeland Security will submit an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, related to preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and assault in confinement facilities.
