DHS Corrects Inaccurate CFR Instructions for F, J, and M Nonimmigrants

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has corrected an interim final rule that inadvertently contained inaccurate amendatory instructions, allowing the 2022 rule to be revised in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
