Coast Guard Requests Removal of Smith Point Traffic Separation Scheme from Nautical Charts

The US Coast Guard is seeking public comments on whether the Smith Point Traffic Separation Scheme, a vessel traffic routing measure in the Chesapeake Bay, is still needed, and if so, will request NOAA to remove it from nautical charts.
