US Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zone in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana

The US Coast Guard is establishing a permanent safety zone in southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana to protect waters from hurricanes, tropical storms, and other disasters. This zone will be enforced prior to, during, and following landfall of these storms in Port Arthur, TX.
