TSA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Security Vetting Rule

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has extended the comment period for its proposed rulemaking to vet certain surface transportation employees until October 1, 2023, following the publication of a notice of proposed rulemaking on May 23, 2023.
