DEA Requests Comments on Proposed Rule for Controlled Substance Procurement Quotas

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking public comments on a proposed rule that would establish application procedures for procurement quotas for controlled substances, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, as mandated by the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005.
