Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Incidental Take Permit for Florida Scrub-Jay Habitat

The Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from TC Florida Development Inc. for an incidental take permit to construct a warehouse and associated infrastructure in Marion County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
