U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Comments on Cardinal Point Wind Project Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Cardinal Point Wind Farm, LLC for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act for its Cardinal Point Wind Project, which could authorize the incidental take of endangered species and invites public comments.
