Montana Regulatory Program Amendment Proposal

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has received a proposed amendment to Montana's regulatory program, which was passed by the Montana legislature during the 2023 legislative session, adding provisions for equal application of court costs and referencing the Montana Code Annotated.
