EPA Proposes Partial Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup and Emissions Reduction

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed partial consent decree to address environmental contamination and air pollution at a specific site, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Clean Air Act.
