Receipt of Incidental Take Permit Application and Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan for the Sand Skink; Lake County, FL; Categorical Exclusion

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Helen Crittenden et al. for an incidental take permit to construct a residential development in Lake County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act. The public is invited to comment on the application and proposed habitat conservation plan.
