US Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on Draft Habitat Conservation Plans for Morro Shoulderband Snail
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received three applications for incidental take permits for the federally threatened Morro shoulderband snail, associated with development of single-family residences in Los Osos, California, and invites public comment on draft habitat conservation plans and environmental impact assessments.
