DOE Requests Extension of Information Collection for Vaccination Status of Contractor Employees

The Department of Energy has submitted a request to the OMB for a three-year extension of its information collection on vaccination status of DOE Onsite Support Service Contractor Employees, aimed at promoting workplace safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
