SEC Adopts Reforms to Money Market Funds

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting amendments to rules governing money market funds to improve resilience and transparency, including removing the ability to suspend redemptions and imposing daily and weekly liquid asset minimums of 25% and 50%, respectively.
