FINRA Approves Proposed Rule Change for Virtual Hearings

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to allow hearings under certain rules to be conducted via video conference, starting with FINRA Rules 1015, 9261, 9341, 9524, 9830 and Funding Portal Rule 900.
