U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Certain Epoxy Resins from Korea are Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain epoxy resins from the Republic of Korea are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation spanning April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
