BOEM Releases Draft PEIS for California Offshore Wind

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released a draft programmatic environmental impact statement (PEIS) for California Offshore Wind, outlining measures to mitigate environmental impacts of commercial-scale offshore wind energy development in Northern and Central California. The PEIS will not lead to the approval of construction and operation activities.
