U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Dumping of Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Mexico

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Mexican wire rod sales were below normal value during the 2022-2023 review period, and is rescinding the review for one company, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
