DoD Issues Final Rule on Commercial Item Contracts

The Department of Defense is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to clarify the applicability of certain solicitation provisions and contract clauses to commercial item contracts, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2018 and 2019.
