DoD Proposes Changes to DFARS to Implement National Defense Authorization Act

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require contractors to disclose sharing of source code and computer code with foreign governments for certain defense contracts.
