FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Chesapeake Bay Crossing Study

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Chesapeake Bay Crossing Study, a Tier 2 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) project in Maryland, to address transportation issues at the Bay Bridge and its approaches.
