FHWA and NDOT Withdraw Notice of Intent for Interstate 11 Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) are withdrawing the Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Downtown Access Project, a transportation improvement project on Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada.
