Van Pool Transportation LLC and AG Van Pool Holdings, LP have filed an application to acquire control of Butler's Bus Service, Inc. from its shareholders Bruce Lyskawa and Emo Chynoweth, with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration tentatively approving the transaction.
